Canceled order or refund

Please email me within 24 hours if you need to cancel your order or need to return item. It needs to be in same shape as it was received.

Shipping Rates

All items are shipped within 1-4 weeks depending on if its a made to order item or a ready to ship item. I'm located in Hawaii so while first class usually takes 4 days, it can take 7 to 10 days. Please allow for extra shipping time during the holidays.

Please email me if you would like to have insurance added to your order or if you would like priority mail.

Lost Packages

If USPS lost a package they are responsible. I fulfilled my end of fulfillment but i will help in contacting them to try to get you whatever refund they may offer.
